| Practice notes: | Jaroslav is a founding partner of Balcar Polanský Eversheds and managing partner of our Bratislava and Prague offices. His expertise lies in international commercial law, arbitration and litigation. Jaroslav has received recognition in ‘European Legal Experts 2008 as a leader in dispute resolution and corporate law/M&A’. He has been involved in large privatisation transactions, for example the privatisation of a large Czech bank, and has advised the forced administrators of two other large Czech banks.
